Jan 22, 2020: RVer report confirms reports from Feb 2017 and earllier in Jan 2020, & info provided by AZ DOT. Overnight RV Parking is allowed. The State of AZ allows overnight parking (but not camping) in rest areas, turnouts, etc. Gravel turnout is a wide extension of shoulder, not separated from hwy. Pretty level; unlighted, quiet at night with very little traffic; no apparent safety issues. Park without obstructing movement by any other vehicles. Long enough for 1 large or 2 small RVs; wide enough that most RVs should have room to make a U-turn to return to I-10. No amenities.
